3 Counties Church

Prayer needs to be central to all we are and do.  In the  famous model prayer of Jesus, known as the Lord’s prayer, Jesus begins by reminding us that prayer is primarily a relationship with  ‘Our Father’.  It is this conversing with God, sometimes quietly listening, sometimes pouring out our hearts, that we are constantly exploring.  Whether in gathered Church,  small groups, twos and threes, or on our own, we are constantly encouraging prayer. There are also additional times when we seek to create extra space for a more concerted focus on this vital part of church life:

  • Early Morning Prayer Meetings are on the first and third Friday of the month at 6:30am, in our Hammer building downstairs.
(See the bulletin  or the calendar for dates).
  • Our termly week of prayer.

There are also regular individual and ministry prayer requests detailed in our weekly bulletin.

Prayer is a particular area of our church life that the leadership team feels God is calling us to engage in with increasing measure.
